[EN] Actually we thought, that cycling to east Malaysia from Tanah Rata will be easy and pleasant. But we found that we had to climg the craziest uphills we have ever seen. In first day we had a lot of downhill but anyway there was still a lot of climbing between it. During almost 100km there was nothing, we didn’t pass any village next to the road nor any shop. When finally we arrived to some junction, there was some police station too and we pitched up our tent next to it.

[EN] After that it was only… harder! Next day we began by breakfast on the same junction where we slept and we cycled to climb :). But we didn’t expect something like that… for the whole day we were cycling through steep up-down-up-down-up-down-uuuuuuup… because once when we climbed one of these and we were taking a rest on the top we have seen another one, in the front of us, two times bugger we almost fell off our bikes…

Żadnego sensownego jedzenia jednak nie znaleźliśmy i w końcu zrobiliśmy sobie wieczór wybornych dań w postaci zupy z torebki w pizza hut i rybnego burgera w kfc.
[EN] Half-dead we arrived to Jerantut. That day we really neaded to stay in a hotel to check route for the next day as we didn’t really wanted to do that steep climbs again on next day, to stock up some food for following days and to not cook, just eat out this evening… luckily Jerantut was nicer that most cities in Malaysia and we found quite nice and cheapest hotel sor far in Malaysia. But there was nothing really to eat in the city so finally we found ourselves eating soup from powder in pizza hut and fish burger in kfc. Fine dining.

No tak! A… no to dobrze…
A na kolację mieliśmy makaron z okrą i tempehem w sojowym bolognese…:)

[EN] We expected another hard day and it was still going up and down, but it wasn’t that steep any more and we didn’t even noticed when we had 70km done. So after that we slowed down a bit, we made a few breaks for a book or a meal in Indian restaurant. When we were over 100km we began looking for some spot to pitch up our tent overnight, but they didn’t wanted us on two police areas. In one of these they said that this is safety area and we cannot stay there. So, for who is that safety area made, because definitely not for people?
But finally we arrived to some big park with pond where you can watch animals in farms. We asked someone if we could pitch up our tent there, but he showed us the way up. Finally he went with us there, spoke with someone and told us that he is sorry about that, but he don’t have a keys to storeroom… but will we be back tomorrow from Singapore to take our stuff back? A little misunderstanding…hey, we are going to Singapore on a bikes and all we need is 2 meters of grass;). Oh… he showed us… so you want to sleep here… on the field? Yes! Oh… ok. And for a dinner we cooked pasta with okra and tempeh in soy bolognese…:)

[PL] No więc jesteśmy we wschodniej Malezji… kilka dni wzdłuż wybrzeża i powinniśmy dotrzeć do Singapuru:)
[EN] So we are in east Malaysia now… a few days along the coast and we should arrive to Singapore:).

Hash - a few days ago "instant rice" from Kanta saved our lives as we found in the evening that we bought rice with some worms in it... and we also used up curry and chilli powder from you for that dinner so it was basically "dinner by chao lao" ;).
By the way, we missed Thailand every single day in Malaysia...
